Find at least one company willing to send a letter

Create an NSF proposal with a budget only (each university can receive up to $10,000) for the planning grant.

This is used for travel to create the full proposal. ISU will create the main proposal and link to each universities proposal.

One research project description for the proposal (we can add more than one from each university)

Identify a lead faculty member for each university

Provide feedback on the proposal
